Falls Centre, Howick, is an optimally inclined 193kw grid-tied and generator integrated solar system designed for the main shopping centre. It is paired with a 32kw, grid-tied and generator integrated solar system servicing the BP fuel station and the convenience store. Our customer was able to add the additional revenue stream of electricity generation to their portfolio, increasing the property yield and therefore increasing its value.
