Richdens shopping centre is Phase 1 of a much larger project. The majority of this power currently feeds the anchor tenant, Spar. We have been working with this client for many years, designing multiple systems that have brought in the returns that we promised. We have a couple more projects lined up with the Keal Group this year which is a great demonstration of our work ethic and earned trust. The majority of our leads are referral based.
