The project
Margate Pick n Pay was completed for one of Sunbird's longest-standing clients, the Keal Property Group, a relationship that predates many of the projects in this portfolio.
The brief
A grid-tied rooftop system for a Pick n Pay store in the Keal Property Group portfolio.
What we built
A 156.75 kWp grid-tied solar PV system, commissioned in October 2024.
The result
Efficient, on schedule and exactly as specified. The Keal Property Group partnership now spans a combined 4 MWp of solar across multiple properties.
