The project

Richdens began as the first phase of a broader energy strategy: a 138.9 kWp system delivering most of its output to the anchor tenant, Spar. We said at the time that it was the system that had to prove the approach, and the reason there would be more.

There was. Phase 2 adds 344.72 kWp of grid-tied solar, bringing Richdens to 483.62 kWp and more than tripling the centre's solar capacity. It is the latest project in a long-running partnership with the Keal Group.
