Not every roof is equal. The best systems are designed around the roof you have, not the one you wish for.
The brief
Extract maximum yield from a constrained roof, while eliminating shading risk.
What we built
A 407 kWp grid-tied system using three distinct mounting configurations: an East/West ballast mount, two flush-mount roof sections, and a 10-degree inclined segment, each chosen for the part of the roof it sits on.
The result
Commissioned in December 2024. Westville Spar is one of multiple installations completed for the Keal Property Group, a client whose continued trust reflects the results the systems deliver.
