Four mounting methods. Record-breaking cantilever carports. One very complicated site — solved.

The project
Bloem Plaza is the installation we reference when someone asks what our engineering team is truly capable of. The site demanded four entirely different mounting approaches: standing seam roofing, ballasted East/West arrays on concrete slabs requiring zero penetration, elevated bespoke structures over areas that would otherwise have been unusable, and multi-bay carports designed specifically to reduce vehicle damage risk.
The carports deserve special mention — our design achieved what we believe to be the largest cantilevered carport span of its kind in South Africa. Won through a highly competitive tender process for Vukile Property Fund, a JSE-listed REIT.
